What did I learn from Mixpanel?

• Understand on the user problem. It’s easy to get distracted by feedback and internal execution, but ultimately if you don’t understand and can advocate for the user problems, you’ll hit dead ends

• PM is hard - be comfortable with uncertainty/discomfort. You’re not expected to know the right answer at all times - but you are expected to handle uncertainty gracefully

• Worked as PM for first time

• Got my first promotion

• Won my first company award for MVP of engineering, product, design

• Lived in my first solo apartment

• Attended my first international business trips to London and Bangalore

• Presented my first Product Roadmap and spoke on stage to customers

• Made my first coworker friends

• Worked remotely and took surfing lessons in Portugal

• Got an ACL surgery

• Met Rohan, met his family, he met mine, and we decided to move in together
